Track Driving

If sliding behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car and accelerating around a championship-standard racetrack is your ultimate fantasy, come to Provence and experience the reality. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned racing driver you can intersperse a relaxing stay at L’auberge with a rush of adrenaline on the AGS track.

Fast, furious fun

Just a short distance from L’auberge is the track and training school of AGS. Having bowed out of Formula 1 World Championships in 1991, AGS developed the concept of F1 Leisure in 1992 to bring the thrill of track driving to thousands of F1 fans. AGS is now considered to be one of the leaders in its field and promises the ultimate in dynamic driving.
Welcoming you to a secure and authentic F1 environment, the expert instructors teach you the necessary skills and prepare you for the extreme sensations usually the preserve of F1 competitors.

The stimulating Provence scenery will be a mere blur of ancient pine forests as you put some of today’s most advanced racing cars through their paces.

The ultimate adrenaline sport

Training in F1 cars with an astounding 650hp, you can take to the racetrack as a passenger or a driver. The Track Initiation course is the perfect opportunity for beginners or novices to drive F1 single-seaters. Or you can climb aboard an F1 two-seater, sit back and let a professional do all the hard work. More advanced drivers may like to pit their skills against the challenge of the F1 Improvement Training course, while very experienced trainees can get to grips with the gears of recent F1 cars (Arrows 2000 and AGS 2002 and 2003) and face demanding conditions that replicate the F1 World Championship tracks of Southern Europe.

As a guest at L’auberge, we can make all the necessary reservations for you on an appropriate course and deliver you to and from the AGS track. Simply let us know in good time, as the courses are very popular, and then prepare yourself for an extreme experience.
